SHIPMENTS
1. The Product will be delivered with attached seal and tag in the original case and will be accompanied by warranty certificate.
2. The shipment and delivery of the Product will be made in the manner and at the times indicated in the Order Confirmation: if not indicated in the Order Confirmation, delivery will take place within the 30 (thirty) working days following the day of sending the Order Confirmation.
The delivery terms indicated in the Order Confirmation are for guidance only and may be delayed due to unforeseen events, force majeure or fortuitous events, including strikes, and the Morini Jewellery does not assume any responsibility in this respect and shall not be liable for any related and/or consequential damage.
If the Product is not delivered within 30 days from the date of sending the Order Confirmation, a new delivery date shall be communicated. The Customer may invite Moàr, registered office (Gioielleria Morini , via Carducci 12 - 55042 Forte dei Marmi) to make the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. If the Product is not delivered within the additional period, the Customer may terminate the contract and the Price paid shall be credited back to him by the same means as those used for payment.
3. The Product will be delivered by courier selected by the Morini Jewellery at the address given by the Customer in the Order, or, if the Customer has chosen this method of delivery in the Order, at the shop of the Morini Jewellery 12 Carducci Street, Forte dei Marmi 55042 (Lu).
Delivery is free throughout Italy. For the rest of the world it will be calculated at checkout according to the country of shipment.
4. Delivery to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order will be made through the Ferrari S.P.A Courier and an email will be sent to the Customer confirming delivery of the Product to the Courier for shipment: no deliveries are made to post office boxes.
The Customer must receive the Product and facilitate its delivery and, before accepting the delivery, must check that the number of the package being delivered corresponds to the number indicated on the delivery note and that the packaging is intact, undamaged or altered, by signing the delivery document, after showing an identity document, if requested by the Courier. Any damage to the packaging and/or to the Product and/or the mismatch of the package number must be immediately notified in writing on the Courier's delivery note: after signing the delivery document, the Customer may not raise any objection regarding the external characteristics of the goods delivered.
5. If the customer chooses delivery to the shop of the Morini JewelleryYou will be sent an email as soon as the product is available in the shop and you must collect the product no later than 10 working days after receiving it.
When collecting the product from the shop, the Customer must show a copy of the order and of the email confirming the availability of the product in the shop, as well as an identity document: if the product is collected by a person other than the Customer, the collection agent must also show a copy of his or her identity document, a copy of the Customer's identity document and a special proxy for collection.
6. In the event of unjustified refusal of delivery by courier, repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order or failure to collect the Product from the shop within the period specified in point 7.4, Moàr, registered office (Gioielleria Morini , via Carducci 12 - 55042 Forte dei Marmi) may terminate the Contract, without prejudice to compensation for damages suffered and withholding from the refund due any shipping and collection costs and courier deposit relating to the undelivered / uncollected Products.
7. From the moment the Customer or his delegate accepts delivery/makes collection of the product, the Customer acquires possession of it and assumes the risk of its loss and/or damage.
