Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal:

 

If the product received is damaged/defective, the customer must inform us in writing at [email protected] within 24 hours, all damages detected. Moàr, registered office (Gioielleria Morini , via Carducci 12 - 55042 Forte dei Marmi)

will replace any defective product.

 

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications caused during transport by a transport company must be immediately contested by placing a written control reservation on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer may not or may not contest the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

 

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the order, he/she may return the purchased product within 14 working days of delivery, in line with the provisions of Article 64 of the Consumer Code.

Moàr, registered office (Gioielleria Morini , via Carducci 12 - 55042 Forte dei Marmi) will reimburse the full cost of products that are returned by the customer unused and undamaged.

 

The refund will be made to the current account corresponding to the credit card used for the payment or by bank transfer within 15 days of receipt of the goods.

 

The right of withdrawal may only be exercised by the customer and in no case by the recipient of a gift.

 

The customer is free to choose the carrier for the shipment. The customer bears the risks of return and shipping costs.

The product can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Shipping of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

However, the display of the colours of the products depends on the user's monitor and Moàr, registered office (Gioielleria Morini , via Carducci 12 - 55042 Forte dei Marmi) cannot guarantee that the customer's monitor portrays the colours of the products in a perfectly faithful manner.
